Demolition of Post Road Parcels 57 and 76

Project Description: Providing all Materials, Equipment and Labor for Demolition of Post Road Parcels 57 and 76.
Forsyth County is soliciting bids from qualified firm(s) to provide Demolition of Improvements, Structures, or other Encumbrances in the Right of Way and/or Easement Areas.
This solicitation seeks to identify potential firms to provide Demolition of Improvements, Structures, or other Encumbrances in the Right of Way and/or Easement Areas for the Scope of Services for the project identified in Exhibit I.
Prequalification: The bidding firm must be prequalified through the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) in the indicated Right of Way Property Management service class(es) identified in Exhibit I to be evaluated and considered. All bid submittals will be pre-screened to verify that the bidding firm is prequalified in the required service class(es) and that the subcontractor(s) is prequalified in the required service class(es). GDOT’s Right of Way Property Management prequalification listing will be utilized to pre-screen the pre-qualification status of each bidding firm. Any bid submittal in which the bidding firm or the subcontractor(s) prequalification requirements are not met will be disqualified from further evaluation and consideration.
