Sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Arlington Heights, 33 S. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois, until 11:00 AM local time on Tuesday February 4, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

This bid is for all material and labor to upgrade the existing Nortel Phone Systems at all of the 4 Fire Stations within the Village of Arlington Heights.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday January 30, 2025 at 9:00 am starting at Fire Station 4, 3030 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights, IL  60005.  Bidders will then travel to Fire Station 2, 1150 N Arlington Heights Rd, Fire Station 1, 300 E Sigwalt St, and Fire Station 3, 2000 S Arlington Heights Rd.

All proposals or bids offered must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid in the form of a certified check, bid bond or cashier’s check made payable to the Village of Arlington Heights. No bids shall be considered unless accompanied by such security.

Bidders shall comply with the Prevailing Wage Rate Act (820 ILCS 130).  Bidders will also be required to comply with the applicable equal employment opportunity provisions.

The Village of Arlington Heights reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding and to accept the proposal deemed by the Board of Trustees to be the most favorable to the interests of the Village.
