Improve the traffic signal at the intersection of Reed Rd and Vance Ave by installing new traffic signal equipment. This project will improve intersection safety and operation. all in accordance with the Bidding Documents and Drawing No. ST- 0973T as prepared by TRAFFIC ENGINEERING for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. |
