RFP#: 10231 Description: Space Utilization Study

Project Description: The Community College of Philadelphia (“College”) is soliciting proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from for the delivery of a Space Utilization Study, hereinafter referred to as the “Project”. The College reserves the right to award all, some or none of the Project services set forth in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to any one or more Proposers based on the College’s review and assessment of the Proposals meeting the criteria set forth herein. In the event the College awards the Project pursuant to this RFP, the Proposer selected by the College (the “Vendor”) may lead one or more subcontractors (“Subcontractors”) to perform the services requested by the College pursuant to this RFP.
