It is the intent of this solicitation to prequalify multiple contractors to perform mowing, trimming, inlet and outlet cleaning of retention and detention areas, drainage system maintenance, litter removal, upkeep of common areas and trash pickup in Municipal Service Taxing Units (MSTUs) and Municipal Service Benefit Units (MSBUs) communities located within Sector One on a Task Authorization (TA) Basis.
