Summary Details
Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Public Safety and
Solicitor General is contemplating making a direct award of a
contract to Houle LEAP Advisory Inc. (the “Supplier”).
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally
described below.
The Supplier will lead a multi-disciplinary team to complete a Service
Delivery Model Analysis and Project Concept Plan to identify and assess options for additional
correctional centre capacity needs in northern BC, utilizing and
including technical resources for architectural, cost, and security
related expertise.
