North Island Distance Education School (NIDES) Building Cladding and Windows Renewal: The work includes but not limited to removing and discarding of existing cladding and windows; detailing, supplying, manufacturing, transporting, delivering, offloading, erecting and installing the exterior insulation, wall cladding, exterior doors, glazing and windows of the NIDES main building, as more fully detailed in the construction drawings and specifications.
