All areas are to be demolished down to the existing metal roof deck and replaced with new 2-ply modified bitumen roof membrane over 2 layers of 2.2" rigid insulation & " cover board. Tapered insulation shall be used at all drainage crickets & saddles. New coping cap, expansion joint, & control joint flashings shall be installed at existing locations. New waterheads & downspouts shall be provided at existing locations.
