Notice of Intent to Sole Source Cable Television and Internet Services

This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Soliciting from a Single Source for Cable and Internet Services. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the government to not compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

Responses shall be submitted no later than 18 July 2025, 3PM MST. Late responses will not be considered
