Janitorial Services, Los Alamitos, CA

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Janitorial Services at the California Job ChalleNGe and Sunburst Youth Academy located at 4122 Saratoga Ave, California on or around January 2025 through December 2027, in accordance with the technical specifications.

Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory job walk on October 21, 2024, at 9:30 A.M. at 11206 Lexington Drive. Bldg. 244, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. Prospective bidders shall check in at Bldg. 244 parking lot on the left-hand side after entering the base, to be considered responsive to the bidding requirements of this IFB.
