The sealed submissions in response to the Invitation to Tender (‘price based’) for PL26DTR001 issued by the Ministry of Forests ( the ‘Ministry’ ) must be received by the Thompson Rivers Forest District on the form(s) provided not later than Thursday, November 7, 2024, 2:00 pm (local time).

The address for ground delivery is Thompson Rivers Forest District, 1265 Dalhousie Drive, Kamloops, British Columbia and the mailing address for postal delivery is Thompson Rivers Forest District, 1265 Dalhousie Drive, Kamloops, BC  V2C 5Z5 ( the ‘Closing Location’ )

Hard Copy Submission: Only hardcopy tenders applicable for submission . Submit one (1) paper hard copy of Your Submission.  Submissions made in this manner should be contained within an envelope clearly marked with Your name and address, the opportunity description and ID and must be submitted by hand, mail or courier to the physical address above.
Submissions by facsimile, telegram or electronic submission WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Tenders received after the Closing Time will be returned to the Bidder unopened.
If a Bidder finds any discrepancies, omissions, ambiguities or conflicts among the Tender Documents,  the Bidder must bring them to the Attention of the Jessica Zahnd, Ministry Representative, not less than seven (7) business days prior to the Closing Date and Closing Time  by e-mail to the Wildfire Risk Reduction inbox: DTR.Stewardship@gov.bc.ca A business day means a day, other than a Saturday or Sunday, on which Provincial government offices are open for normal business in British Columbia.
