Veterans Health Administration seeks expressions of interest for leased medical space for a Community Based Outreach Clinic (CBOC) in the Olympia, WA area. Square footage desired is 33,992 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) and 30,215 ABOA square feet.with 90 surface parking spaces. Lease term is 20 years with 15 years Firm. See attached documentation for additional requirements and a map of the delineated area.
