The Board of Commissioners of Lincoln County is responsible for retaining a debris management services contractor on a stand-by basis to assist the County with debris collection, reduction, and disposal, and other ancillary services following a disaster event. The purpose of this RFP is to secure resources to position the County to have access to qualified on-call service providers to respond to currect and potential future disaster events. The county desires to enter into an agreement with a qualified, responsive firm, price, and other factors to be considered that represent the best overall value to the County. Must be knowledgeable of FEMA regulations and guidelines pertinent to post-disaster recoverym debris collection and disposal, and Stafford Act Public assistance claims.
