Planning Consulting for Parking

The County of Orange, OC Public Works (hereinafter referred to as “County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Respondents”) for Planning Consulting for Parking . Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein.

The Orange County Public Works Department, Administrative Services Unit operates and maintains approximately twenty-three (23) parking areas, including eleven (11) garages, twelve (12) surface lots, 9,901 parking spaces over approximately 1.3M square feet. Additional lots are added as needed, on an ongoing basis and may be included in this effort.

The County contracts out the operation and maintenance of parking equipment as well as the management, maintenance and customer service.

The propose schedule below is subject to change. Any changes to the schedule for the RFP process will be issued to all Respondents via addenda on the County's eProcurement Portal.
