The work is located on Cotta Road Bridge (Bridge No. 29C-292/Bridge No. 29C-471) over Upland Canal, east of N. Guard Road.

The work, in general, consists of demolishing the existing bridge (Bridge No. 29C-292), constructing a new 2-lane structure (Bridge No. 29C-471) with necessary appurtenances, reconstructing approach roadways to conform with the new concrete structure, conforming driveways, and placing rock slope protection in the canal.

The DBE Contract goal is 21 percent
