The United Independent School District (“UISD”) is accepting sealed bids for the sale of
the SURFACE ESTATE ONLY of Lot Number One-A (1A) and Lot Number Two-A (2A), Block No. 1, James Haynes Industrial Park, Unit 1, a subdivision situated in the City of Laredo, Webb County, Texas, according to the replat recorded in Volume 28, Page 65, Webb County Plat Records, together with all improvements thereon, including the building commonly known as the UISD Curriculum and Instruction Building, as well as the four portable buildings (64’ X 24’ each), a mobile home (60’ X 16’) an interest in the billboard sign held by UISD, if any, and the billboard lease applicable thereto, subject to the consent by the Lessee. The real property is located at 4410 Hwy. 359, Laredo, Texas 78041 (all of the above shall be referred collectively as “the Property”). |
