Description

The District of North Vancouver “The District” is responsible for the operations and maintenance of various District owned facilities. The current portfolio with the District includes a large range of facilities, ranging in size and use purposes. The purpose of this program is to extend the operational life of the various facilities roofs and prevent emergency repairs and/or replacements.

The District is seeking quotations from qualified Bidders, (must be Roofing Contractors Association of British Columbia (RCABC) accredited) to provide necessary materials, skilled labour, tools and equipment for a preventative roof maintenance program and for repair services on an “as and when required” basis.
Bidders interested in this opportunity are invited to submit a Quotation.

The District intends to enter into a Service Contract with one (1) contractor for the Services at the locations listed in Appendix 2 of this ITQ, and offer Standing Offer Agreements for up to three (3) contractors to engage in services for roof maintenance, repair or replacement services on an “as and when required” basis.

The District’s intention is to award one (1) contractor the proposed work listed under Schedule B to the sites listed in Appendix 2. The District prefers to not separate these locations for multiple awards.
