Removal of the existing culvert and temporary drainage pipe; clearing colluvium at toe of slope from the November 2021 slope failure; installation of a new culvert/permanent drainage pipe; installation of pipe anchors, catch basin, manhole and stilling basin; placement and compaction of bedding and pipe cover granular fills as well as slope and beach protection rockfill/riprap; roadway reinstatement.
