Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the Water/Sewer Business Manager, 16C Perry Way, Newburyport, MA 01950, by 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 3, 2026 at which time and place they will be opened and read for the following:

IFB No. 27-02: Repairs to WPCF Outfall Diffusers

Bids will be opened at the Water/Sewer Business Office located at 16C Perry Way, Newburyport, MA 01950. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof.

Prospective bidders are encouraged to review the contract documents to become familiar with the existing conditions prior to submitting their bid.

The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L Chapter 30, 39M.

Contract award is subject to the approval of the Mayor. The City reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all bids or take whatever other action may be deemed necessary to be in the best interest of the City. Newburyport is an affirmative action/equal opportunity purchaser.
