Project Description: Milwaukee County (“County”) is requesting qualification statements for professional on-call Airport Planning Services and/or Aviation Noise Consulting Services at General Mitchell International Airport (MKE) and Lawrence J. Timmerman Airport (MWC).
The County will use this Request for Qualifications to qualify up to two (2) firms for Airport Planning and up to two (2) firms for Aviation Noise Consulting for negotiation and execution of a one (1) year Agreement with up to four (4) optional annual renewals. A single firm may be qualified through this RFQ process for both Airport Planning and Aviation Noise Consulting. The final number of firms qualified will be at the discretion of the RFQ Evaluation Committee. The Airport will assign work to qualified, contracted firms (“Consultants”) on a project-by-project basis via written mutually agreed statements of work. There is no minimum guaranteed work for Consultants.
