Request for Proposal

Hoschton Downtown Development Authority (¿Owner¿) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for gutting of a historical building located in Downtown Hoschton. The purpose of this RFP is to select a contractor who can complete the work on time, within budget, and according to the specified quality standards. Our ending goal is to completely gut the entire inside of the historic building, leaving the roof and outer walls of the building intact. Submission deadline is November 21, 2025 at 2pm. The Hoschton Downtown Development Authority will vote on their selected bidder at their public meeting on Thursday, December 4, 2025 at 9am.
