Description
This request for proposal is open only to those Proponents pre-qualified in Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors’ ACP (including GBC) pre-qualification category. Any submissions received from others will be not be reviewed.

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors (“TEC”) requires the services of Consultant(s) to deliver Capital, Maintenance and Renewal (CMR) program projects and Ad Hoc engineering services.
The Capital, Maintenance and Renewal (CMR) program projects and Ad Hoc engineering services will be divided into four (4) separate assignments:
• CMR Program Projects and Ad Hoc Engineering Services – Assignment #1
• CMR Program Projects and Ad Hoc Engineering Services – Assignment #2
• CMR Program Projects and Ad Hoc Engineering Services – Assignment #3
• CMR Program Projects and Ad Hoc Engineering Services – Assignment #4
The primary focus of these four (4) assignments is to deliver a variety of rehabilitation projects; however, these assignments will also include miscellaneous Ad Hoc engineering services. The assignments are for the Central Region, where they are not subdivided within the region.
The assignments cover the rehabilitation projects within the CMR program for the 2026/27 to 2028/29 fiscal years, with some engineering work beginning as early as 2025.
THE PROPOSAL MUST BE SUBMITTED IN TWO SEPARATE FILES; PART ONE (TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS) AND PART TWO (PROPOSAL FEE), PDF DOCUMENTS BOTH LESS THAN 10MB IN SIZE.
This is a Request for Proposal and not an Invitation to Tender. Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors reserves the right to:
a) Request clarification from the Contractor on a proposal at any time during the evaluation process.
b) Accept a proposal without negotiation.
c) Reject a proposal without negotiation.
d) Negotiate changes in the Technical or Financial content of the successful proposal.
No payment will be made by Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors for costs incurred in the preparation or submission of this proposal.
Selection of the Consultant will be based on the best overall value to Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors and not necessarily the lowest cost estimate.
