NOTICE OF INTENT FOR SOLE SOURCE
SS-26-0697JM Maintenance and Support, PineCMS Hosting
Response Due No Later than Thursday, April 2, 2026, 1:00 pm, Pacific local time.
This is a notice of the County’s intent to procure a product on a single source basis under the authority of Snohomish County Code 3.04.180. This Notice is not a request for competitive bids or proposals as there is no solicitation available. Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this Notice of Intent to Award on a Sole Source Basis will not be considered as bids, quotes or proposals.
Scope and Purpose of Procurement
Snohomish County intends to proceed with a single source procurement for PineCMS hosting, maintenance, and support. The County’s current software, JustWare, will reach its end of life on June 30, 2026, at which point it will convert to PineCMS. The proposed awardee is Pine Technologies. The estimated value of this product/service is $85,000 per year. The proposed contract term is five (5) years.
Statement of Capabilities/Interest
