PUBLIC NOTICE
This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of 24 CFR part 8 Nondiscrimination Based
on Handicap in Federally-Assisted Programs and Activities of the Department of Housing and
Urban Development, as published in the Federal Register on June 2, 1988. Section 8.4 prohibits
discrimination against qualified individuals because of their handicap status.
The Campbell County Fiscal Court advises the public, employees and job applicants that it does
not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in admission or access to, or treatment or
employment in its programs and activities.
