BI-JA-504-ARC - New Haven Community Correctional Roof Replacement, 245 Whalley Avenue, New Haven, CT 06511. DAS/CS is seeking the services of a highly talented and experienced team to provide Design, Bidding, and Construction Administration Services to the DAS/CS in support of the New Haven Community Correctional Roof Replacement Project located at 245 Whalley Avenue, New Haven, CT 06511. The preferred consultant team should demonstrate experience with the design of correctional facility renovations. The scope of work for the project shall also include replacement of the exterior façade sealant joints, and replacement of the main entrance curtainwall, vestibule, and skylight systems. Design of the new roof shall consider the recommendations of the roof study report prepared by Gale Associates, dated February 18, 2025. The study will be made available to shortlisted firms.
