Notice of Intent- CADCA Forum

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) December 31,2024. Point of contact is Naomi Collier at Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov. The proposed order is for CADCA Annual Forum for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) 625 Slaters Lane, Suite 300, Alexandria, VA 22314. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611430. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the

discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
