The City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified vendors to provide water quality monitoring supplemental to the planning assistance to states comprehensive watershed management plan.
The proposed monitoring includes: the development of a quality assurance project plan (QAPP), weekly sampling and analysis for seven specified sites, high flow sampling and analysis, dry weather sampling and analysis; and qPCR sampling and analysis. The scope also includes a written report summarizing the QAPP, sampling and analysis.
Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
