Groundskeeping/Landscape Services
The Biloxi Housing Authority (BHA) is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified,
licensed and insured entities for Groundskeeping and Landscaping services for Biloxi
Housing Authority properties. Proposals will be received at the office of the Biloxi
Housing Authority at 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530 until Wednesday,
September 30, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 330 Benachi
Avenue Biloxi, MS 39530 on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. to provide a
project overview. Proposals may be submitted in-person, by courier and/or mailed so
they are received by the BHA prior to the proposal deadline date and time to:
Procurement, Biloxi Housing Authority, 330 Benachi Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39530. The
following must appear on the outside of the sealed Proposal Envelope or Package:
"RFP#GLS08.26-Groundskeeping/Landscape Services" along with the name and
address of the Proposing entity. Proposal packages may be obtained by emailing a
request to the following: info@biloxihousing.org. No faxed or emailed proposals or
amendments to proposals will be accepted. No proposal will be received after the
deadline. The Award will be made using the best value approach. Biloxi Housing
