The City of Crestview is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Professional Consulting Engineering Services under a Continuing Services Contract, in accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes (CCNA). This is a qualifications-based selection; no pricing or rate information shall be submitted.
Statements of Qualifications will be received until 2:00 P.M. (CST), Thursday, February 5

, 2026, in the Office of the City Clerk, 198 North Wilson Street, Crestview, FL 32536. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Scope of Services:
The City seeks one or more qualified firms to provide as-needed professional services including civil, architectural, structural, environmental, electrical, mechanical, and geotechnical engineering; landscape architecture; surveying; CEI; transportation analysis; stormwater and utility design; construction support; planning; mapping; and GIS services. Work will be assigned by Task Order and negotiated in accordance with the CCNA.
