Description
The work includes a collection of detailed repair and construction tasks and specifications that have
established unit prices. It is placed with a General Contractor for the accomplishment of repair,
alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, construction, etc. of buildings, structures, or
other real property. All work shall be in conformance with the contract documents, drawings and
City of Sandy Springs Standards and Specifications. This being a miscellaneous standby contract; the
location of the work will be in various locations throughout the City of Sandy Springs. Projects will be
assigned by issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP) for that individual project. The City of Sandy
Springs seeks to award one (1) or more with a maximum of three (3).
