Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District (GSD)
The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to: Seek bids from responsive and responsible licensed Carpentry and Flooring Contractor(s) (S220) to sand, seal, and refinish the existing flooring at Bonneville Jr High School and Matheson Jr High School according to the attached specifications.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. GSD reserves the right to award by location to multiple vendors or to the overall low.
Pre-Bid Meeting: Attendance is required - See Specifications document for details.
It is anticipated this expenditure will require GSD Board approval. Award recommendation will be presented at the June 2, 2026 board meeting. Final award will be issued after board approval is given.
