This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This combined synopsis/solicitation notice is a request for quote for HHS, Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility for a contractor to deliver and install hospital grade Sterile Processing Equipment manufactured by Steris (OEM) in strict accordance with Specifications/Statement of Work. The Government has identified a specific brand name, and will only accept offers using the brand name. In accordance with FAR Subpart 13.501(a)(1) the Brand Name Justification.
