The project entails stabilizing approximately 480 linear feet of stream channel along Dreaming Creek in Lynchburg, VA. The channel has actively eroding banks, which is threatening the integrity of the adjacent public sanitary sewer interceptor. The primary focus is to shift the channel alignment away from the sewer and provide long term stability. Improvements will be performed within Waters of the United States (WOTUS) and the required permits are included within this project manual.
