2027.0030, City RFQ & RFP - Architectural & Engineering Services for Roof Replacement at Hart Elementary School RFQ/RFP Opening: August 20, 2026 at 4:00 PM Project is funded in whole or in part with State of CT DAS funds. Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. No RFP Deposit Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: July 30, 2026 at 9:30 AM. Meet at Hart Elementary School, located at 61 Adams Ave, Stamford, CT 06902 Project Manager: Racquel Anderson, Clerk of the Works All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com ). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
