DNR-250021, Burr Oak SP Campground & Marina Improvements
This project is located in Morgan County at 10220 Burr Oak Lodge Road, Glouster, Ohio 45732.
The project involves the addition of a 32-slip dock to the existing marina. The docks will be anchored by pipe piles drilled and grouted into the lakebed with a new gangway and concrete abutment for access. Major items of work include: floating docks, drilled pipe concrete piles, gangway, concrete abutment and ramp.
All work is to be completed under single-prime Contract. Completion date for all work under this project is 320 days from the Notice to Proceed.
The foregoing is for the purpose of acquainting prospective bidders with the amount of work involved in this project and is to be used as a guide in requesting documents for this project.
Note: Bidding for this project will be conducted electronically via Bid Express.
Engineers Estimate: $773,764.40
