2025 Community Center - Roof Replacement Project

Lower Macungie Township will receive sealed bids for its 2025 COMMUNITY CENTER - ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT. The project includes but not limited to various improvements for the Township’s Community Center Building Roof Sections A, E, E1, F, F1 and G, as identified in the Contract Drawings. Copies of the Specifications and Bid Forms will be available at no cost on PennBid https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com . A MANDATORY Pre-Job Walk will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 10:00 AM at 3450 Brookside Road, Macungie, PA 18062. Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 PM (prevailing time) on December 11, 2024. Bids results will be made available on PennBid after bid opening. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Lower Macungie Township in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid price in the form of a certified or bank check, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements stated in the bid documents. Performance Bonds will be required from the successful bidder in the full amount of the annual contract price as stated in the bid documents. This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Employee Verification Act. Lower Macungie Township reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids.
