Grace Congregate Housing Corporation (GCHC) – Architectural Services for Rehabilitation Project The Grace Congregate Housing Corporation (GCHC) is seeking qualified architectural firms to submit proposals for professional architectural services related to an upcoming rehabilitation project funded through Community Investment Funds (CIF). This RFP ensures compliance with the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) requirements regarding the competitive negotiation of architectural services .The selected firm will be responsible for assessing existing building conditions, proposing design solutions, and providing comprehensive architectural services necessary for the project’s successful execution.
