(Elevator Modernization Various Facilities Phase 3)
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the WV Department of Administration, General Services Division ("Agency" and "Owner") to establish a contract for modernization of Fifteen (15) elevators in Buildings 1, 3, 6 and 13 on the WV State Capitol Complex in Charleston, WV, and Building 23 at 407 Neville Street in Beckley, WV, per the attached Specifications, and other attached documents.

Two consecutive mandatory pre-bids will be held at the following locations:

Location 2: 8/12/26, @ 10:00 am EST. - Building 23 (407 Neville Street, Beckley, WV, 25801), Conference Room 230 A/B.
