The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Cheektowaga, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide Valet Parking and Parking Lot Attendants at the Northport VA Medical Center, 79 Middleville Road, Northport, NY 11768 under a single-award firm-fixed price contract.

The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about September 3, 2025, to be posted to www.SAM.gov. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process.

In accordance with FAR 52.204-7 , System for Award Management, perspective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov.

NAICS Code is 812920 - Parking Lots and Garages with a Small Business Size Standard of $47 Million. The classification code is M1LZ Operation of Parking Facilities. The solicitation will be issued as a SDVOSB set-aside. All responsible sources may submit proposals to be considered by the Agency. Must include your subcontractor s name, UEI and size status with your response.

General Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary and appropriate labor, supervision, materials, equipment and supplies to provide the parking lot services at the facility beginning on October 1, 2025. This shall include staffing, supplies, uniforms, signage, insurance and training. After contract award, contractor employees will be required to obtain a VAMC Contractor Identification Badge and each employee will be fingerprinted.
