The existing Johnson Controls Inc. (JCI) controllers serving multiple buildings which monitor and control field-level building automation HVAC devices are out of date, cannot meet the current cybersecurity requirements and cannot operate correctly or be able to be upgraded for control by the new server. Therefore, replacement of the existing controllers is required. The buildings involved in this project are as follows: Bldg. 122, 137,140, 240,345, 513-1, 513-2, 513-3, 513-4, 531-1, 540-1, 540-2, 545-1, 545-2, 581 and 720 at Naval Air Station Oceana.
