The intent of this RFP is to contract with a General (Prime) Contractor who will manage the cleanout, transport, land application, sampling and analyzing biosolids/soil, documentation, and reporting of Class B biosolids (stabilized wastewater treatment sludge) from lagoon cells on an as needed basis.
