Office of Information Services Mobile Application and Website Testing Software Solution

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is posted to seek a vendor to provide a cloud-based software solution for mobile application and website testing which integrates with UiPath for the Office of Information Services (OIS) Innovative Solutions and Services (ISS) Software Testing and Requirement Services (STARS) team for automated testing for SFY25 and beyond. The software solution is a required integration piece to support the automated testing efforts. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) may execute a written contract with the awarded offeror. The contract is expected to run upon director or designee signature and expire June 30,2025. There will be an option to renew for one (2) 2-year renewal periods with the final renewal expiring June 30, 2029, contingent upon satisfactory performance, continued availability of funding, and all required approvals. Renewal may be subject to approval by the Controlling Board.

ODJFS will review the Quotes and award to the lowest responsive and responsible supplier that fully meets the requirements of the RFQ and offers the lowest quote.
