This Addendum #1 amends or supplements Quick Quote 255000011 as indicated below.

Information concerning the previous renovations done to the Christiansburg EMS Building in 2018 (Exhibit 6).

Photos of the previous renovations done to the Christiansburg EMS Building in 2018 (Exhibit 7).

The Town of Christiansburg would like for the material quoted in this quick quote to match as closely as possible to the material that was installed in 2018 to the other half of the building. Preference will be given to material that is as close, or similar, to the existing new material that was installed in 2018 as shown in Exhibits 6 and 7.

The Christiansburg EMS Building was built in 1996. All tile and stair tread to be removed is original to the building.

The due date and hour remains Friday, November 8, 2024, 5:00 PM, EST.
