Project Description: The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) and its affiliated entities are requesting proposals from C15 licensed flooring contractors for providing and installing finished flooring (carpet, pad, baseboard and resilient sheet flooring) in AHA residential units. Floor covering generally is replaced when a unit is vacated or on a cyclical basis every five (5) years.
