PROJECT BACKGROUND:
Gregoire Lake Provincial Park is located 19 km south of Fort McMurray on Highway 63 and 10 km east on Highway 881. This popular park consists of 140 campsites to the public that are
nicely situated within mixed forest near Gregoire Lake that are suitable for tents or recreational vehicles. In addition, to the front country campsites there are several day use areas with a playground, shower building, toilet buildings, potable water and sanitary sewer systems.

The scope of work involves installing concrete septic tank vault covers supplied by the Parks Division, including proper termination of tracer wire and spray‑foam sealing of voids. It also includes installing pressure‑treated 4x4 marker posts at stub-outs, cleanouts, and valve locations; placing cast iron cleanout frames with concrete collars around forcemain valves; and terminating tracer wires within protective conduit to prevent damage during routine park maintenance. The Concrete Hatch Covers, Cast Iron Cleanout Frames with Concrete Collars, and Sanitary Cleanout Pads have already been delivered and are currently onsite at Gregoire Lake Provincial Park.

The goal of RFQ 27PAR8074 is to undertake minor works throughout the park. Alberta Parks is currently operating the park.

Please refer to the RFQ for project objectives and scope of work.
