Project Description: Pursuant to its authority under Idaho Code § 31-4401 et seq, the Board of Commissioners of Ada County (“Board” or “County”) is seeking proposals (“Proposals”) from Design-Build contractors (“Contractor” or “Proposer”) to design, permit, furnish and install a leachate treatment system for the existing Ada County Landfill (“ACLF”) municipal solid waste (“MSW”) landfill leachate ponds, located at 10300 N. Seaman’s Gulch Road, Boise, Idaho 83714. Treating and/or disposing stored leachate will reduce the volume of landfill leachate in the existing ponds so that there is adequate space available in the existing ponds to collect leachate during wet weather periods. This project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) with federal award number SLFRP3408 by the United States Treasury.
