Project Description: The Project consists of mill and fills on various streets; cape seal on various streets; slurry seal on various streets; and seal coat on City Hall Parking Lot. The project has an Engineer’s Estimate of: Section A – Mill and Fill: $1,881,091; Section B – Cape Seal: $422,377.55; Section C – Slurry Seal: $212,409; Section D – City Hall Parking Lot: $51,817.
