CSULB - Food Service and Retail Vendors University Student Union

The Associated Students Incorporated at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), hereinafter referred to as ASI, in consultation with the CSULB Division of Student Affairs, invite firms to submit responses to its Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide food service and/or retail service for the newly renovated/expanded University Student Union (USU) facility opening Summer 2028. Proposals will be accepted until 5 PM, Friday, Jan. 3, 2025. Ten (10) copies of the proposal shall be delivered in a sealed envelope addressed to:

Under no circumstances will any proposal be accepted or considered after the appointed hour. The method of delivery is the responsibility of the vendor.
This solicitation does not commit ASI toward a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal, or to procure or contract for goods and services. ASI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications received as a result of this request, at its sole discretion, and to cancel in part or in its entirety, this request for qualification, if it is in the best interest of ASI or the University.
