The City of College Station Utilities (COCS) will be building a new 138/12.5 kV substation, just off Raymond Stotzer Parkway and Jones Road, west of the John Sharp Parkway (Hwy 47)/Raymond Stotzer Parkway (Hwy 60) intersection. The actual site of Northwest Substation is 5288 Raymond Stotzer Parkway, College Station Tx.
