Bid closing is August 20, 2026 at 3:00 pm.  Bid opening will be held at 3:00 pm at 1834 E Main St in Quincy, CA (same day).  All bids must be mailed or hand delivered to the above address before 3:00 pm.  Email / electronic bid packages will not be accepted.  Please write "Graeagle Johnsville Project" on the outside of the package.
